We will send a certified technician to your house who doesn’t work on a commission basis.
Our technicians are instructed to inform you of things that are malfunctioning or that are close to malfunctioning.
They will then inform you of how they came to that conclusion and of the price for the repair or replacement of that item.
In the event that your system or a major component thereof needs to be replaced, you will recieve a
prompt estimate and the cost of the diagnostic will be waived.
